In order to continue this mission, it is essential that payment be received for services provided. We currently participate in many insurance plans and managed care plans. It is important that you understand your particular medical coverage and that you keep us informed of any changes in your insurance coverage. We need this information to ensure accurate billing.

Our full Financial Policy, which all of our patients are asked to read, understand, and sign prior to any non-emergency treatment or care, is available for download.



We believe in transparency and communication. All patients have a set of rights that we are obligated to uphold. The patient Bill of Rights is available upon request.  



Appointments: Appointments are necessary. We leave open time slots for same day appointments. Please call us to schedule an appointment.



We accept health plans from most insurance carriers, including those listed below and Medicare. If you have insurance purchased directly from a private brokerage or agent, we highly recommend that you contact us to confirm in-network status.
